1) Who We Are
The offer and sale of products and services through this website are carried out by:

Vira Human Training provides training programs, coaching services, and digital products.
2) Commercial Policy
2.1 Sales are addressed to end users / adult consumers and professional clients (companies or entities).
2.2 The Seller reserves the right not to process orders that do not comply with its commercial policy or that do not provide adequate guarantees.
2.3 Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions is mandatory to complete any purchase, through the required “mandatory checkboxes.”
3) Products and Services
Products: books, e-books, digital materials, merchandise, educational resources.
Services: training courses, coaching sessions, consulting, seminars, webinars, workshops.
Each product/service page clearly specifies its features, duration, delivery method, requirements, and price.
4) How to Conclude the Contract
To make a purchase:

The final consumer selects the chosen product/service and available options (format, date, mode, etc.).

Reviews the order details and final sale price.

Provides all required information.

Explicitly accepts all contractual terms, the Privacy Policy, and any special clauses (civil liability, image release, NDA) by ticking the mandatory boxes.

Submits the order with the “obligation to pay” after verifying the purchase price and the accuracy of the provided data.
The contract is considered concluded when the Seller receives the order.
The Seller may refuse the order in case of:

Failed payment or authorization;

Incomplete or incorrect data;

Product/service unavailability.
5) Prices and Payments
Prices are indicated in EUR, USD, and AED, and may include or exclude VAT/taxes as applicable.
Accepted payment methods: credit/debit card (Stripe), PayPal, electronic payments, bank transfer, or any other methods available at checkout.
The contract becomes valid only after full or partial payment is received.
6) Right of Withdrawal
6.1 Services (training/coaching): the Consumer may withdraw within 14 days from the order, unless the service has already started and/or has been partially used. In that case, the full amount of the purchased service will be due.
6.2 Digital products and services: if the Consumer requests immediate access and accepts to waive the right of withdrawal, the right of withdrawal can no longer be exercised.
6.3 To exercise the right of withdrawal: send a clear notice to info[at]virahumantraining.com within 14 days.
6.4 Refunds will be made using the same payment method within 30 days.
7) Rescheduling, Cancellations, and No-Show
Rules regarding rescheduling or cancellations are specified in the respective contractual conditions.
Failure to attend without prior notice will result in the full loss of the purchased service/product.
8) Delivery and Access
Digital products: made available via download or by email link.
Courses and Coaching: delivered online (e.g., Zoom) or in person, as specified.
Access credentials are personal and non-transferable.
9) Intellectual Property and Use of Content
All educational materials (texts, slides, videos, audio, templates, exercises, e-books, handouts, etc.) are protected by copyright.
The purchase grants a personal, non-transferable license of use.
It is strictly forbidden to copy, record, share, resell, publish, or distribute any content without prior written authorization.
Any unauthorized commercial use is prohibited and legally actionable.
10) Special Warnings
All courses and programs are strictly educational. They do not replace medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatments.
If you have any health concerns, you are advised to consult a qualified professional before enrolling.
Participation in courses implies consent to the possible recording of sessions for educational and marketing purposes.
11) Privacy and Data Protection
The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy available on this website.
12) Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Contractual Terms, General Terms and Conditions of Sale, and Website Terms of Use are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
For any dispute arising from the validity, interpretation, performance, or termination of this Contract and these General Terms of Sale, the Parties expressly agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Dubai, UAE, to the exclusion of any other potentially competent court.
By way of exception, if the User qualifies as a Consumer residing in the European Union, the mandatory provisions of the law of the Consumer’s habitual residence shall apply.
13) Amendments to the Terms
These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time.
The new version takes effect from the date of publication on the website.

15) Final Provisions
If any clause is held invalid, the remaining clauses shall remain fully valid and enforceable.
