1. What accreditations and recognitions do your coaching programs have?
Vira Human Training delivers ICF-accredited Level 1 and Level 2 Coach Education Programs designed to support ACC and PCC credential pathways. ICF is the world’s largest professional coaching body with over 50,000 members in 160+ countries. Vira Human Training is also recognized by A.Co.I. (Italian Coaching Association), its training content is developed in coherence with the Italian Technical Standard UNI 11601:2024, which defines the characteristics and requirements of Coaching services, and operates under KHDA approval in Dubai – meeting both international ICF standards and the regulatory requirements of two distinct professional frameworks across Europe and the Middle East.
2. Are the courses delivered online or in person?
Vira Human Training offers three delivery formats to accommodate working professionals and international students. The 100% online format runs via live videoconference with synchronous interactive sessions. The in-person format is available directly at the client company’s premises for corporate cohorts. The blended format combines online modules, independent practice steps, and intensive in-person sessions. All three formats deliver the same curriculum, the same ICF-aligned hours, and lead to the same certification outcomes. The choice depends on your schedule, location, and preferred learning style.
3. How long does it take to become a Coach?
Becoming a Professional Coach with Vira Human Training takes between 6 and 18 months, depending on the level you complete. The Foundations level (100 ICF hours) requires 6 to 8 months and is designed for those entering the coaching field. Evolution (150 hours) takes 9 to 12 months and prepares coaches for the ACC or PCC credential application. Excellence (80 additional hours, following Evolution) extends the journey to up to 18 months total and targets advanced professional positioning. Each track is modular and can be followed at a standard or intensive pace, based on your availability. The program structure can be explored on the International Coaching School page.
4. Do I need prior experience to get started?
No prior Coaching experience is required to enroll in the Foundations level at Vira Human Training, the program is specifically designed to take complete beginners through the Professional Coaching competencies from the ground up. Professionals with a background in HR, psychology, training, or organizational development tend to progress faster, as many transferable skills apply. For the Evolution and Excellence levels, a solid Coaching foundation or documented experience is recommended, since the curriculum moves directly into advanced ICF competencies, supervision, and complex case work. If you are unsure which level suits your profile, our advisors can help you assess your starting point.
5. Do you also offer programs for companies or managers?
Vira Human Training designs and delivers customized Coaching programs for organizations, leadership teams, and HR departments across Europe, the Middle East, USA and Asia. The corporate offering includes Executive Coaching for C-suite and senior leaders, Corporate Coaching for team performance and organizational culture, Career Coaching for talent development and transition management, and Internal Coach training to build Coaching capability within the organization. All programs are delivered by certified Coaches with sector-specific experience. 6. How much do the courses cost?
The investment in a Vira Human Training coaching program varies based on several factors: the level chosen (Foundations, Evolution, or Excellence), the delivery format (online, in-person, or blended), the enrollment timing relative to the course start date, earlier enrollment typically means a lower investment, and any active promotions. Because we build each proposal around the individual’s goals and schedule, we do not publish a single price list. Fill out the information request form and you will receive a personalized program overview and investment proposal within a few hours. There is no obligation and no sales pressure, just the information you need to make a clear decision.
7. What do I get at the end of the program?
At the completion of a Vira Human Training program, each participant receives a Certificate of Completion issued by Vira Human Training, documented training and mentoring hours in line with ICF standards for recognized coach training pathways, and the full documentation package required to submit an ICF credential application (ACC or PCC, depending on the level completed). Participants also receive the study manuals used throughout the program, a practical coaching toolkit for immediate professional use, and ongoing access to Vira’s international professional network, including visibility opportunities, peer supervision groups, and alumni community events across the Gulf, Europe, Singapore, and the USA.
8. Do you operate internationally?
Vira Human Training is an international Coaching School headquartered at Dubai Science Park (UAE), with operational offices in Italy, the United Kingdom, Singapore, and the United States. The faculty and Coaching supervisors work across time zones, and the online delivery format allows students from any country to participate in live cohorts without relocation. The curriculum has been developed with explicit attention to cross-cultural Coaching competencies, a core requirement for professionals working in multinational environments. Vira’s student community currently spans more than 20 countries across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and the Americas.
9. What is the KHDA and why does it matter?
The Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA) is the government regulatory body of Dubai responsible for overseeing and approving all private educational and training institutions operating in the United Arab Emirates. Obtaining KHDA recognition requires passing a rigorous assessment process that evaluates curriculum quality, trainer competence, organizational governance, and compliance with UAE educational regulations. Vira Human Training is officially KHDA-approved, which means our programs meet both international professional standards – ICF, A.Co.I., UNI 11601:2024 – and the regulatory requirements of one of the world’s most demanding educational frameworks. For students in the UAE and the broader Gulf region, KHDA approval provides legally recognized validation of their training. 10. Is professional coaching a regulated profession?
Professional Coaching is not yet a legally regulated profession in most countries, but it is governed by internationally recognized standards established by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) – the global reference body for the sector, with over 50,000 credentialed members in 160+ countries. ICF credentials (ACC, PCC, MCC) are the de facto professional benchmark recognized by corporations, HR departments, and coaching buyers worldwide. In certain markets, additional national frameworks apply, such as government-recognized accreditation bodies in the UAE, where Vira Human Training operates under KHDA approval. Vira’s programs are designed to fully prepare graduates for ICF credential application and professional practice in any country. 11. What is the difference between coaching, mentoring, and training?
Coaching, mentoring, and training are three distinct professional practices that are often confused with one another. Coaching – as defined by the ICF and practiced at Vira Human Training – is a client-centered process in which a certified Coach uses structured questioning and active listening to help the individual find their own answers, develop self-awareness, and take purposeful action. Mentoring involves an experienced professional sharing knowledge and guidance based on their own career path. Training delivers specific content and skills in a structured, instructor-led format. A Professional Coach does not advise, teach, or mentor during a coaching session. This distinction is central to ICF competency standards and is one of the first things students learn in the Vira program.
12. How do I obtain an ICF credential after completing the training?
Completing an ICF-accredited Coach Education Program with Vira Human Training is the first educational step toward an ICF credential.
The Level 1 program supports the pathway toward ACC – Associate Certified Coach, while the Level 2 program supports the pathway toward PCC – Professional Certified Coach. After completing the training, participants can apply directly to ICF – International Coaching Federation, meeting the requirements for the selected credential level, including coaching experience hours, mentor coaching and the required ICF assessment process. Vira Human Training provides the documentation related to the completed accredited program and offers orientation on the credentialing process. The final credential is awarded directly by ICF.
For a full breakdown of what each credential level means and how to choose the right one, read our article on ICF Credentials ACC, PCC and MCC: Differences and How to Choose.
13. Can I become an ICF-certified coach while working full time?
Yes, all Vira Human Training programs are specifically designed for working professionals. The online and blended formats allow participants to complete the required ICF training hours without interrupting their current career. Sessions are scheduled to accommodate different time zones, and the modular structure means you can choose a standard pace (6 to 18 months) or an intensive path depending on your availability. Many Vira graduates complete their training while working full time in roles such as HR manager, executive, consultant, therapist, or trainer and often begin applying Coaching skills in their existing role from the very first weeks of the program.
