Requirements for Professional Coaches

Active ICF Credential (ACC, PCC or MCC)
Professional Coaching experience relevant to the role or project
Clear understanding of Coaching ethics, boundaries and Client responsibility
Strong relational and communication skills
Fluent English for international collaboration
Local language capability where required by the market or Client context

Requirements for Trainers and Facilitators

Proven experience in adult learning, training or professional education
Subject-matter expertise relevant to the proposed learning activity
Strong instructional design and group facilitation skills
Ability to work with diverse professional and cultural contexts
Confidence delivering both live online and in-person learning experiences

Requirements for Advisors and Organizational Consultants

Experience in HR, Organizational Development, leadership, change or related organizational fields
Professional experience in corporate or international environments
Strong consultative skills and the ability to understand Client needs
Ability to represent Vira Human Training clearly and responsibly in local professional contexts
