The future will be marked by new professional challenges and constantly evolving leadership models. Coaching will be increasingly in demand, requiring Coaches who are able to work with people, organizations and complexity with method, ethics and professional maturity.
We train the next generation of Professional Coaches
Vira Human Training’s Vision
is to elevate Coaching as a professional practice through ICF-accredited Coach education, international standards and real learning experiences.
Our vision is based on a clear idea:
Education is not entertainment, Coaching is not inspiration.
It is a profession, a process, with a deep and lasting impact.
This vision is grounded in a precise professional journey and a clear commitment to professional coaching standards. Its origins are explained in our Founder’s Story.
What We Aim to Build
Professional Coaches able to work with people, relationships and organizations through presence, method, ethical awareness and clear professional boundaries.
Learning environments where individuals, professionals and organizations can develop real competencies, make conscious choices and achieve sustainable, measurable growth.
A higher standard for Coaching and Professional Development: internationally aligned, practical in application, responsible in impact and grounded in recognized professional education.
Vira Human Training’s Vision is International
We develop Coaching and Coach education in international contexts, working across languages, cultures and professional environments, because the challenges of work, leadership, and transformation have no borders.
Our vision is to make Coaching recognizable as a serious professional practice: grounded in ethics, human understanding, ICF-accredited education and international standards.
Vira Human Training's Vision: A bridge between Training and Business
Vira Human Training operates internationally, connecting professional Coach education, human development and organizational growth.
Vira Human Training's Vision is based on three principles:
Quality of Coach Education
Competence comes first.
We train people through structured learning, real practice and ICF-accredited Coach education, so Coaching can be understood and practiced as a professional discipline.
Relational Ethics
Ethics as a compass.
We believe Coaching requires presence, listening, responsibility and clear boundaries. This means knowing when to support, when to step back and how to respect the Client’s autonomy.
International Professional Culture
We build a shared culture.
We work with partners, professionals and organizations across countries, creating learning environments where different cultures meet through common professional standards and shared responsibility.
Vira Human Training – Empowering People
Where method, presence and responsibility meet human development.
There is a moment when people, professionals and organizations feel the need to evolve with more clarity, responsibility and awareness.
For Vira Human Training, Coaching responds to this need when it remains faithful to its professional nature: a structured conversation, a non-directive relationship and a space where people can think, choose and act with greater awareness.
Vira was born from this vision: to create a learning space where people can recognize their potential, develop professional competencies and bring them into real life with method and responsibility.
We do not impose rigid models. We do not teach ready-made answers. We create spaces for listening, reflection, practice and professional development.
We train Professional Coaches who can inhabit the Coaching relationship with authenticity, ethical awareness and respect for the Client’s autonomy. We also support people and organizations that want to develop more conscious, responsible and sustainable ways of working.
This is the foundation of Vira Human Training’s vision: Coaching as a professional practice, human development as a responsibility and education as a path toward real competence.
In that moment, the need arises for a different kind of space.
A place that doesn’t judge, direct, or oversimplify.
A place that accompanies.
We chose the name Vira because in Latin it evokes strength, virtue, and possibility. And we added Human Training because we believe in the value of continuous inquiry, reflective practice, and transformative experience.
