Michael Gabaldi holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychological Sciences and Techniques and a Master's degree in Psychology of Well-being and Performance, awarded cum laude. He deepened his understanding of the Inner Game® approach directly with Timothy Gallwey, a pioneer of modern Coaching. He is an NLP Practitioner and Master Practitioner, Society of NLP™, trained under John La Valle and Richard Bandler, and has completed specializations in Corporate Coaching and Sport Coaching. He is also an A.Co.I. Professional Coach, registration no. 814.
Earlier in his career, he led the Research & Development Department of an established Italian Training and Coaching organization, working across Coaching, Team Coaching, Coach Education and program design. Across these activities, he has delivered more than 2,000 hours per year of Coaching and professional training, led hundreds of training days and worked with thousands of professionals, including managers, entrepreneurs, executives, Coaches, athletes and project teams.
Today, as Founder & Director of Coaching Education at Vira Human Training, he leads the design and development of Coach Education programs, mentoring and supervision processes, and contributes to organizational development and managerial training initiatives focused on strategic and relational skills.
His professional development also includes Effective Communication, Transactional Analysis, Self-Esteem and Emotional Intelligence. He currently works as a Coach with entrepreneurs, managers, politicians, athletes and artists, supporting them in pursuing challenging goals and developing an authentic, effective and sustainable leadership style. He also collaborates with companies in the design and delivery of Coaching, Leadership Development and Human Resources Management programs.
Angelo Bonacci is Partner Trainer at Vira Human Training and contributes to the development of professional Coaching education through his long-standing experience in the Italian and international Coaching landscape.
He is the Founder and Educational Director of Prometeo Coaching®, one of the historical Coaching schools in Italy, active in professional Coach training since 1997.
For almost three decades, Angelo has worked in Coach training, Coaching practice, supervision and professional development, supporting the growth of Coaches, managers, leaders, entrepreneurs and professionals across different contexts.
His work is strongly oriented toward method, practice, ethical responsibility and professional standards. He has contributed to the development of the UNI 11601 Technical Standard for Coaching services in Italy and has played an active role in the professionalization of Coaching within the Italian framework.
Angelo brings to Vira Human Training a deep knowledge of the Italian Coaching tradition, together with an international perspective shaped by his studies and collaborations in the fields of Coaching, Inner Game®, leadership, performance and human development.
Through this partnership, he supports Vira Human Training in connecting rigorous professional practice with international Coach training standards.
Nicoletta Caputo is an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and an A.Co.I. Professional Coach. She brings extensive experience in business consulting, with a background in Marketing and Communication strategy developed over several years in a leading advisory firm. She works as a Business Consultant specializing in the restructuring and revitalization of small and medium-sized enterprises.
Her Coaching practice is grounded in Neuro-Linguistic Programming. She holds Practitioner and Master Practitioner qualifications certified by the NLP Society™ of John La Valle and Richard Bandler, together with professional qualifications in Life, Business and Sport Coaching. She is a Certified Inner Game® Facilitator, trained directly with The Inner Game Institute of Timothy Gallwey.
Over the years she has deepened her expertise in Business Coaching, Transactional Analysis and Self-Esteem development, through advanced national and international training programs.
As a Professional Coach, she works with national and international organizations in the areas of Corporate and Executive Coaching. Her approach combines methodological rigor with a concrete understanding of organizational dynamics. Years of direct work with entrepreneurs and senior managers have given her a deep grasp of what it means to make decisions under pressure, lead teams through transformation and build leadership that is sustainable over time.
Graduated in Business Administration from Bocconi University in Milan and holding a Master’s in International Management from ESADE Business School in Barcelona, she is an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and an A.Co.I. Professional Coach, with qualifications in Life, Business and Sport Coaching, as well as a Licensed NLP Practitioner, Society of NLP™.
She brings nearly twenty years of experience as an HR Manager in structured and international companies, where she has led teams, managed complex organizational projects, and supported managers and leaders in developing their professional competencies.
At Vira Human Training, she plays an active role in delivering coaching services, with a natural focus on Life & Career Coaching, and contributes consistently to the coordination of team activities. Her work is dedicated to supporting managers and professionals who wish to enhance their skills, leverage their strengths, and achieve career goals with courage and authenticity.
Her approach is grounded in empathy, deep listening, and a strategic vision shaped by years of corporate experience. ICF-credentialed Executive & Team Coach (PCC), she brings over 18 years of experience as an executive in the telecommunications industry, having held roles such as Chief Marketing Officer and B2B Sales Director. She has led teams of up to 300 people, contributing to projects focused on growth, digital transformation, and international market development.
Her academic and professional background is solid and multidisciplinary: she holds a Ph.D. in Economics, completed Leadership Development studies at Vlerick Business School, earned certification as a Business Trainer (Higher School of Economics), and has accumulated over 700 hours of ICF-accredited training in Executive Coaching, Team Coaching, and Mentoring. She is currently pursuing a Master’s in Psychoanalysis and Psychoanalytic Business Consulting at the Higher School of Economics.
With this background, she partners with organizations, leaders, managers, and teams through complex transformation processes, internationalization, and leadership strengthening.

He graduated summa cum laude in Materials Engineering from the University of Perugia and earned a Ph.D. in Industrial Production Systems and Economics from the Polytechnic University of Turin. He completed his academic journey with an Executive MBA from Bologna Business School, strengthening his expertise in global strategy, leadership, and international business. He continues to deepen his focus on business strategy through advanced programs, including the Advanced Strategy Program at Chicago Booth.
With over seventeen years of international experience in leadership and organizational development, Francesco lives in the United States and currently leads global teams in highly technological and competitive sectors. Throughout his career, he has developed the conviction that sustainable success emerges from the integration of strategy and innovation with the development of human potential. For Francesco, results in professional, personal, and athletic life are shaped by the individual as a whole: skills, values, energy, and untapped potential.

Graduated in Classical Literature and holding a Master’s in Publishing earned under the supervision of Umberto Eco, Luca combines the rigor of a humanistic education with a natural talent for comedy and creative communication. A courageous decision marked a turning point in his career: leaving the academic and corporate world to dedicate himself fully to acting and stand-up comedy.
This transition led him to develop unique skills in emotional intelligence, change management, and authentic communication. Humor, improvisation, and the ability to read people and contexts have become essential tools for building connection, trust, and impact.

Specialized in accounting consulting (Order to Cash, P2P, General Ledger, budgeting, and analytics), he has gained deep expertise in process optimization, business development, and strategic support for merger & acquisition operations.
At Vira Human Training, he serves as CFO & General Manager, ensuring financial solidity and driving organizational efficiency. With a pragmatic and results-oriented approach, he supports the company’s international growth, ensuring the quality and sustainability of the services delivered to clients and partners.
For over twenty years, Luca Carchesio has been working in the fields of Web Design, Digital Marketing, and SEO, combining strong technical expertise with strategic vision. A versatile professional, he has conceived and managed communication campaigns for international brands, covering roles ranging from creative designer to web coach and business consultant.
His career began even before the widespread use of the Internet, with the graphic design of corporate identities and brand identities. He was among the first in Italy to experiment with website development using technologies such as Flash, Action Script, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, anticipating the digital transformation processes that are now standard practice.
Over the years, he has collaborated with major American and British multinational companies, deepening his expertise with Google tools and programs (AdWords, AdSense, Analytics, Developer Tools) and earning official certifications. An expert in SEO and SEM, he has contributed to the digital growth of numerous Italian companies, establishing himself as one of the pioneers of Search Engine Optimization in Italy.
His technical skills extend to the main front-end development frameworks (Bootstrap, AngularJS, Cordova, PureCSS, Kendo) and to programming languages for Android mobile applications, while he continues his professional training toward iOS development. A passionate user of the Adobe suite (Illustrator and Photoshop), he blends creativity and method in optimizing websites and digital campaigns.
He is the creator and developer of Blend, a portal dedicated to the creation of Link in Bio profiles for professionals of all kinds, scheduled for release in 2027.
Alongside his professional activity, he nurtures a deep passion for design and interior design. In his personal life, he loves the sea, nature, and sports, which he considers endless sources of energy and inspiration.
