Vira Human Training – Empowering People

Vira Human Training was born from this vision:
To create a living space where people can recognize their own potential, observe it with clarity, and bring it forth with awareness.

In that moment, the need arises for a different kind of space.
A place that doesn’t judge, direct, or oversimplify.
A place that accompanies.

We chose the name Vira because in Latin it evokes strength, virtue, and possibility. And we added Human Training because we believe in the value of continuous inquiry, reflective practice, and transformative experience.

We walk alongside people, companies, and organizations that want to grow with awareness—aligning what they do with who they are, to build more authentic relationships, more ethical systems, and more enduring results.

We train Professional Coaches who can inhabit the Coaching relationship with authenticity. We support people on their journey, accompanying them with respect toward who they wish to become.
