Michael Gabaldi Coach

Michael Gabaldi

Founder & Director of Education - Professional Coach ICF - PCC & A.Co.I.

Graduate in Psychological Sciences and Techniques and awarded cum laude in Psychology of Well-being and Performance, he deepened his understanding of the Inner Game® approach directly with Timothy Gallwey, pioneer of modern Coaching. He earned international certifications as Practitioner and Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (Society of NLP™) under the guidance of John La Valle and Richard Bandler, as well as two specializations in Corporate Coaching and Sport Coaching.

For years, he directed the Research & Development Department of a leading Italian organization in the field of Training and Coaching, delivering over 2,000 hours of coaching per year and contributing to the creation of high-impact programs for companies and organizations. He has led hundreds of training days and accompanied thousands of professionals, including managers, entrepreneurs, executives, coaches, athletes, and project teams.

Today, as CEO and Academic Director of Vira Human Training, he coordinates organizational development and managerial training programs focused on strengthening strategic and relational skills.

Passionate about personal growth, he has studied disciplines such as Effective Communication, Transactional Analysis, Self-Esteem, and Emotional Intelligence. He currently works as a Coach for entrepreneurs, managers, politicians, athletes, and artists, supporting them in achieving challenging goals and developing an authentic, effective, and sustainable leadership style. He collaborates with leading companies in the design and delivery of Coaching, Leadership Development, and Human Resources Management programs, contributing to generate real impact and lasting transformation.

Laura Peli Coach

Professional Coach ICF - PCC

ICF-accredited Executive Coach (PCC level) with over 18 years of international experience, including more than ten dedicated to coaching C-level executives, founders, and emerging leaders across a wide range of industries. She has delivered more than 3,000 hours of coaching in over 150 global organizations, including Gucci, Paramount, Virgin Money, Citi, Deloitte, Bulgari, and Kraft Heinz.

Her proven expertise makes her a trusted reference point in helping leaders navigate complexity, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and lead with clarity and impact.

At Vira Human Training, she plays a key role in the Corporate, Executive, and Self-Leadership Coaching services, as well as in the design and delivery of training programs in these same areas. She supports managers, executives, and teams in developing authentic leadership, navigating complex change processes, and building strong, trust-based relationships.

Her coaching style is dynamic, intuitive, and results-oriented: she challenges limiting beliefs, promotes ethical and inclusive leadership, and provides tools that are both reflective and practical. Through her individual and group programs, she empowers leaders to think boldly, act with integrity, and create lasting impact within their organizations and communities.

Inna Mikhaylovskaya Coach

Inna Mikhaylovskaya

Professional Coach ICF - PCC

ICF-accredited Executive & Team Coach (PCC level), she brings over 18 years of experience as an executive in the telecommunications industry, having held roles such as Chief Marketing Officer and B2B Sales Director. She has led teams of up to 300 people, contributing to projects focused on growth, digital transformation, and international market development.

Her academic and professional background is solid and multidisciplinary: she holds a Ph.D. in Economics, completed Leadership Development studies at Vlerick Business School, earned certification as a Business Trainer (Higher School of Economics), and has accumulated over 700 hours of ICF-accredited training in Executive Coaching, Team Coaching, and Mentoring. She is currently pursuing a Master’s in Psychoanalysis and Psychoanalytic Business Consulting at the Higher School of Economics.

With this background, she partners with organizations, leaders, managers, and teams through complex transformation processes, internationalization, and leadership strengthening.

At Vira Human Training, she provides Corporate, Executive, and Team Coaching services, contributing to programs focused on leadership development, change management, and the enhancement of relational and strategic competencies.

She is fluent in Russian and English and works with leaders and teams at an international level.

Anna Zinnato Coach

Graduated in Business Administration from Bocconi University in Milan and holding a Master’s in International Management from ESADE Business School in Barcelona, she is a Professional Coach registered with A.Co.I. (Associazione Coaching Italia), with qualifications in Life, Business, and Sport Coaching, as well as a Licensed NLP Practitioner – Society of NLP™.

She brings nearly twenty years of experience as an HR Manager in structured and international companies, where she has led teams, managed complex organizational projects, and supported managers and leaders in developing their professional competencies.

At Vira Human Training, she plays an active role in delivering coaching services, with a natural focus on Life & Career Coaching, and contributes consistently to the coordination of team activities. Her work is dedicated to supporting managers and professionals who wish to enhance their skills, leverage their strengths, and achieve career goals with courage and authenticity.

Her approach is grounded in empathy, deep listening, and a strategic vision shaped by years of corporate experience. She believes that every individual already possesses the resources needed to evolve, and that coaching serves as the catalyst capable of transforming awareness and potential into tangible, lasting results. Her attitude encourages people to remain true to their aspirations and to build an authentic, fulfilling, and sustainable professional life, even when the path ahead feels uncertain or challenging.

Throughout her career, she has collaborated with companies across various industries, from technology and telecommunications to professional services and real estate, consistently ensuring precision, transparency, and sound management practices.

Specialized in financial accounting, budgeting, reporting, and auditing, she combines strong analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to optimize administrative workflows and compliance processes, thereby enhancing organizational efficiency and sustainability.

At Vira Human Training, she serves as CAO & General Accountant, ensuring accurate financial and administrative management while supporting strategic decisions through precise and reliable analysis. Her integrated vision, which balances financial rigor with operational support, plays a vital role in strengthening the company’s international growth and long-term stability.

Luca Carchesio Coach

Professional Coach A.Co.I, Web Designer & SEO Expert

For over twenty years, Luca Carchesio has been working in the fields of Web Design, Digital Marketing, and SEO, combining strong technical expertise with strategic vision. A versatile professional, he has conceived and managed communication campaigns for international brands, covering roles ranging from creative designer to web coach and business consultant.

His career began even before the widespread use of the Internet, with the graphic design of corporate identities and brand identities. He was among the first in Italy to experiment with website development using technologies such as Flash, Action Script, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, anticipating the digital transformation processes that are now standard practice.

Over the years, he has collaborated with major American and British multinational companies, deepening his expertise with Google tools and programs (AdWords, AdSense, Analytics, Developer Tools) and earning official certifications. An expert in SEO and SEM, he has contributed to the digital growth of numerous Italian companies, establishing himself as one of the pioneers of Search Engine Optimization in Italy.

His technical skills extend to the main front-end development frameworks (Bootstrap, AngularJS, Cordova, PureCSS, Kendo) and to programming languages for Android mobile applications, while he continues his professional training toward iOS development. A passionate user of the Adobe suite (Illustrator and Photoshop), he blends creativity and method in optimizing websites and digital campaigns.

He is the creator and developer of Blend, a portal dedicated to the creation of Link in Bio profiles for professionals of all kinds, scheduled for release in 2027.

Alongside his professional activity, he nurtures a deep passion for design and interior design. In his personal life, he loves the sea, nature, and sports, which he considers endless sources of energy and inspiration.

A professional with extensive international experience in management and business consulting, he has developed strong expertise in professional services, organizational governance, and the management of complex implementation and transition processes. His career has led him to collaborate with organizations in the technology, software, data center, telecommunications, and professional services sectors, contributing to the strengthening of their financial and operational structures.

Specialized in accounting consulting (Order to Cash, P2P, General Ledger, budgeting, and analytics), he has gained deep expertise in process optimization, business development, and strategic support for merger & acquisition operations.

At Vira Human Training, he serves as CFO & General Manager, ensuring financial solidity and driving organizational efficiency. With a pragmatic and results-oriented approach, he supports the company’s international growth, ensuring the quality and sustainability of the services delivered to clients and partners.

Luca Cupani

Professional Coach

Graduated in Classical Literature and holding a Master’s in Publishing earned under the supervision of Umberto Eco, Luca combines the rigor of a humanistic education with a natural talent for comedy and creative communication. A courageous decision marked a turning point in his career: leaving the academic and corporate world to dedicate himself fully to acting and stand-up comedy.

This transition led him to develop unique skills in emotional intelligence, change management, and authentic communication. Humor, improvisation, and the ability to read people and contexts have become essential tools for building connection, trust, and impact.

His career as a performer includes winning the prestigious So You Think You’re Funny? competition at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and performing across Europe, North America, and the Middle East, with appearances on Zelig, Comedy Central Italia, BBC World Service, and Amazon Prime Video.

Today, he brings this experience to his role as Communication Coach and Creative Strategist at Vira Human Training, supporting leaders and teams in developing creative leadership, emotional intelligence, public speaking, and stage presence. In his programs, he combines the lightness of humor with the depth of humanistic insight, offering concrete tools for personal growth and organizational transformation.
