1) Who We Are and How to Contact Us

These Terms govern the use of the Vira Human Training FZ-LLC website (hereinafter, the “Application” or the “Site”) and any other agreement or legal relationship with the Owner connected to the Services offered online.

2) Scope of Application

These Terms apply to all Users of the Site. Some provisions apply exclusively to Consumers (i.e., individuals acting for purposes unrelated to their professional activity). Whenever a clause applies only to Consumers or only to Professional Users, this is expressly indicated.

Use of the Application implies full acceptance of these Terms. If you do not intend to accept them, do not use the Application.

3) Services Offered

Vira Human Training provides, among others:

  • Training courses and programs (synchronous and asynchronous, in-person and/or online);

  • Coaching services for individuals and organizations;

  • Digital products (e.g., educational materials, templates, videos, downloadable content);

  • Informational and marketing communications (newsletters, events, webinars).

Details (content, duration, requirements, price, delivery method) are indicated on course sheets or sales pages. In the event of any discrepancy, the information shown on such sheets/pages at the time of purchase shall prevail.

4) Registration, Account, and Security

The User may use the Site without registering. Some features or purchases may require creating an account.
The User declares to provide true, accurate, and complete data and to keep it up to date.
The User is responsible for safeguarding credentials and for any activity carried out through their account.
The User may close the account by writing to the Owner.
The Owner may suspend or delete an account, at its discretion and without notice, in case of violations of the Terms, abuse, or unlawful conduct. This does not exempt the User from paying amounts already due.

5) Prices, Payments, and Invoicing

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the Site and are VAT/Tax exclusive or inclusive as specified on the page. Any charges, fees, or exchange-rate differences may be applied by payment providers or banks.
Accepted payment methods (by way of example): credit/debit card (via Stripe), PayPal, bank transfer (e.g., to ENBD), or other methods indicated on the page.
An order is completed upon successful payment. Invoicing is carried out using the billing details provided by the User.
For installment plans or subscriptions, the User authorizes recurring charges until termination in accordance with the specific plan conditions.

6) Right of Withdrawal and Cancellations

Services (training/coaching): you have the right to withdraw within 14 days from conclusion of the contract, without having to provide reasons. If the service has started or 14 days have elapsed since the conclusion of the contract, you acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal, which will no longer be exercisable.
Digital content not supplied on a tangible medium (download/streaming): if you consent to the immediate start of provision and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the download/streaming has begun, withdrawal will no longer be exercisable.
How to exercise withdrawal: send a clear communication (email) within 14 days to info[at]virahumantraining.com; you will receive confirmation of receipt and operational instructions.
Refunds: will be made using the same means of payment within 14 days of your valid withdrawal request; the Owner may withhold the refund until proof of interruption/cessation of use of the digital service or, for services, until payment of the proportional part already provided.

7) Rescheduling, Substitutions, and No-Show

For live courses and coaching sessions, rescheduling policies (deadlines, penalties) are indicated on the course page or in the specific contract.
No-show (absence without notice) may result in loss of the class/session or additional costs according to policy.

8) Rules of Use (Acceptable Use)

The User undertakes to:

  • not violate laws, regulations, or third-party rights;

  • not upload/share unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or discriminatory content, or content likely to cause harm;

  • not bypass or compromise the security of the Site or integrated third-party systems;

  • not use educational materials beyond the scope of the licenses granted (see Section 10).

The Owner may take measures to protect its interests (limit access, report to authorities, terminate the agreement).

9) Third-Party Services and Integrations

The Site and/or Services may integrate third-party tools (by way of example: Zoom, Stripe, PayPal, Zoho (CRM/Campaigns), Google Analytics 4, Google Fonts/Maps/YouTube, Cloudflare).

Such services are subject to the terms and privacy policies of their respective providers, independent of the Owner.
The Owner does not control such services and is not responsible for their availability or content.

10) Intellectual Property and Licenses of Use

All content on the Site and in the courses (texts, videos, audio, slides, templates, trademarks, logos, graphics, software) is protected by intellectual property rights and belongs to the Owner or its licensors.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, the User is granted a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the purchased/provided materials for personal educational purposes only.
It is prohibited to copy, distribute, retransmit, sell, assign, sub-license, publish online, create derivative works, or make educational content accessible to third parties, unless with the Owner’s written consent.
Any commercial or public use requires express authorization.

11) Warranties, Liability, and Indemnity

Service “as is”: to the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” The Owner does not warrant that the Site/Service will be error-free, always available, or compatible with every device/environment.
Limitation of liability: except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, and except for non-waivable cases (e.g., personal injury), the Owner’s liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the User in the 12 months preceding the event.
Indemnity: the User shall hold the Owner harmless from third-party claims arising from unlawful use of the Site/Services or from the User’s breach of these Terms.

12) Privacy and Cookies

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy available on the Site. Use of the Site implies acknowledgement of these documents.

13) Amendments to the Terms

The Owner may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after publication of the changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The previous version will continue to apply until the new Terms are accepted.

14) Assignment of the Agreement

The Owner may transfer/assign rights and obligations arising from these Terms, without prejudice to the User’s legitimate interests. The User may not assign their rights/obligations without the Owner’s written consent.

15) Severability Clause

If any provision of these Terms is null or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

16) Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where applicable, by the law of the Emirate of Dubai, which shall be the exclusive forum for any dispute.

Application / Site: the digital infrastructure of Vira Human Training (domain(s) and connected components).
Services: training/courses, coaching, digital products, and related activities.
Digital products: content in digital format (download/streaming).
Consumer: a natural person acting for purposes unrelated to their professional activity.
Professional User: a person acting in the exercise of their business/professional activity.
Owner: Vira Human Training FZ-LLC.
