1. Are your courses officially recognized?
Yes. The International Coaching Program is fully aligned with the core competencies of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
The program includes mentoring, practical sessions, observed coaching, and evaluation — all required elements for ICF credentials (ACC, PCC, MCC).
Additionally, our training standards comply with UNI 11601 and the A.Co.I. guidelines.
2. Are the courses delivered online or in person?
Both options are available. We offer flexible formats:
- 100% online via live videoconference, with interactive sessions
- 100% in-person, at the Client’s company
- Blended format (online modules, midweek steps, and intensive sessions)
Each program is designed to ensure maximum effectiveness and flexibility, making it ideal for working professionals or international students.
3. How long does it take to become a Coach?
That depends on the level you choose:
- Foundations (60 hours) → 6–8 months
- Evolution (125 hours) → 9–12 months
- Excellence (200 hours) → up to 18 months
The duration varies depending on your schedule, personal pace, and whether you choose an intensive or regular path.
Each track is modular and progressive.
4. Do I need prior experience to get started?
No. The Foundations Level is designed for beginners.
If you already have interpersonal skills, an HR background, training in psychology, or experience in human development, you’ll be able to accelerate your learning.
For advanced levels (Evolution and Excellence), a solid foundation or Coaching experience is recommended.
5. Do you also offer programs for companies or managers?

9. What is the KHDA?
The Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA) is the government body in Dubai that regulates and oversees all private education, from schools to professional training centers.
Obtaining its recognition means passing a rigorous process that assesses the quality of programs, the competence of trainers, organizational strength, and compliance with current regulations in the United Arab Emirates.
For this reason, Vira Human Training courses not only meet international standards (ICF, A.Co.I., UNI 11601:2024), but are also officially approved by the KHDA, providing our students with additional transparency, reliability, and international validity of the training program.
