Coaching Evolution is designed for Coaches who want to pursue the PCC Credential through an ICF-accredited Level 2 program, as well as for professionals who want to enter a complete coach training pathway at a more advanced and comprehensive level.

The program may be taken as a direct route by those who want to complete a full 150-hour Level 2 journey, or as a progression for Coaches who have already completed an ICF Level 1 Coach Training and want to deepen and integrate their practice at PCC performance level.

What You Learn in the ICF Level 2 Coach Training

A structured and comprehensive pathway to deepen your understanding of professional Coaching and refine your practice at PCC performance level.

Program Description: Coaching Evolution (ICF Level 2 Pathway to the PCC Credential)

Our ICF-accredited Level 2 Coach Training is designed for Coaches who want to pursue the PCC Credential through a complete 150-hour program. It may be taken either as a direct route or as a progression after a Level 1 pathway, depending on the participant’s background and goals.

MODULE 1 – Professional Coaching Identity & Ethics

Deepening professional understanding of Coaching as a distinct discipline and ethical practice, through: 

  • Advanced exploration of the evolution of Coaching, core models, and professional frameworks
  • Navigating the unique and non-directive nature of the coaching relationship, maintaining clear professional boundaries in complex and evolving contexts
  • Embodying the role of the Professional Coach through ethical discernment, accountability, and responsibility aligned with PCC-level practice
  • ICF Vision, Mission, Core Values, and their practical implications at PCC level

This module supports participants in consolidating a clear professional Coaching Identity and in embodying ethical alignment and professional discernment in advanced coaching practice.

MODULE 2 – Embodied Coaching Mindset & Presence

Cultivating an embodied coaching mindset through presence, self-awareness, and intentional practice, through:

  • Advanced exploration of the Coaching Mindset, with emphasis on trust, psychological safety, and professional presence in the coaching relationship.
  • Self-reflection, emotional awareness, and continuous learning as foundations for sustaining ethical, grounded, and responsive PCC-level practice.
  • Practices that support presence, emotional regulation, and non-judgmental engagement, fostering open exploration and client autonomy.
  • Development of clear, respectful, and non-aggressive Coaching communication, including open, exploratory, and powerful questioning, supported by selected NLP principles to enhance listening and relational attunement.

This module strengthen the inner posture required to sustain effective, consistent and ethical PCC-level practice.

MODULE 3 – Advanced Coaching Agreements & Direction

Mastering clarity, alignment, and direction through multi-level coaching agreements, through: 

  • Exploration of the Coaching Agreement within the ICF Model at PCC level
  • Contracting across three interconnected levels: the overall coaching relationship, the coaching process, and the individual session
  • Maintaining alignment between goals, direction, and desired outcomes over time
  • Recognizing and navigating shifts, emerging needs, and changes in direction during the coaching process

This module develops the ability to co-create and sustain effective agreements that ensure clarity, safety, accountability, and shared ownership, while remaining responsive to the evolving nature of the client’s journey.

MODULE 4 – Deep Listening, Awareness & Client Meaning

Listening beyond words to fully perceive the client’s inner and outer experience, through:

  • Advanced development of active and intentional listening aligned with ICF PCC Standards.
  • Listening for emotions, thoughts, values, beliefs, assumptions, patterns, and behaviors as an integrated whole.
  • Recognizing what is expressed and what remains unspoken, including shifts in energy, focus, and direction.
  • Creating space to acknowledge and value the client’s experience without judgment.

Through reframing, perspective-shifting, and awareness-evoking dialogue, participants support clients in reconnecting with what matters, expanding meaning, and moving toward intentional and sustainable action.

Developing fluid integration and professional discernment across the ICF Core Competencies in real coaching conversations, through:

  • Deep exploration of the ICF Core Competency Model as an integrated and dynamic system.
  • Practicing the ability to navigate the competencies with presence, flexibility, and coherence, adapting to the unfolding of each coaching conversation.

This module supports the transition from intentional application to embodied mastery, where ethical awareness, professional judgment, and coaching presence shape a consistent PCC-level coaching practice.

MODULE 6 – Advanced Practicum, Mentoring & Performance Integration

A structured practicum designed to support integration, consistency, and professional readiness at PCC level:

  • Participants engage in repeated coaching practice while intentionally rotating through the roles (Peer-to-Peer) of Coach, client, and observer, developing the ability to perceive coaching dynamics from multiple professional perspectives.
  • Participants receive Mentor Coaching strengthening their capacity to demonstrate consistent, ethical, and PCC-aligned coaching performance.

The practicum emphasizes integration of the ICF Core Competencies, self-observation, and developmental feedback, supporting learning through real coaching conversations and reflective dialogue.

Theory

A rigorous and integrated theoretical framework to deepen your understanding of professional Coaching, its principles, and how it is applied in complex and evolving contexts.

You will consolidate advanced coaching models, ethical standards, and the ICF Core Competencies, strengthening the discernment, coherence, and professional judgment required to operate consistently at PCC performance level.

Practice

The core of the program is advanced practice and performance integration, combining peer coaching, observed sessions, mentoring and continuous developmental feedback.

Through repeated practice across the roles of Coach, client, and observer, participants strengthen professional presence, discernment, and the ability to demonstrate consistent, PCC-level coaching performance.

Supervision

Where theory is translated into professional capability and consistent performance.

You integrate methods, tools, and awareness-based approaches within real, supervised coaching sessions, strengthening professional presence, ethical discernment, and the ability to coach with clarity, intention, and PCC-level consistency.
