- receive direct feedback on every session, so you always know what’s working and what to improve
- build confidence gradually, supported by experienced Coaches who follow your progress, not just your results
- finish the program ready to manage your first Coaching session with a client

Assessments, self-analysis and structured observation
Structured checkpoints aligned with ICF standards give you a clear, ongoing picture of your development, at every stage of the pathway, not just at the end.
The questions our students asked before starting
If you are asking yourself any of these, you are exactly where our students were before they started. Many of them are now working as Professional Coaches, or have integrated Coaching into leadership and HR roles across three continents.
Can I follow the program while working?
Yes. Both Level 1 and Level 2 are designed for professionals with existing commitments. Sessions are scheduled to allow flexible attendance, and the learning pathway integrates with a full working week without requiring you to step back from your current role. Both programs are also available entirely online.
How much time does it require each week?
Level 1 runs over 6 months, Level 2 over 8 months. Training takes place one weekend per month, which means 16 hours of structured learning per month. The schedule is predictable from the start, so you can plan your personal and professional commitments around it without surprises.
Do I need prior Coaching experience to enroll?
No. Level 1 is designed precisely for those beginning their professional Coaching journey. What matters is a genuine interest in developing real competencies, not a background in the field.
What if I struggle to keep pace?
You won’t be left to figure it out alone. The program includes individual mentoring, ongoing supervision and direct access to your tutor throughout the pathway. We also intentionally keep class sizes small, so every participant receives genuine attention, not just a seat in a room. Support is built in, not added on request.
What do I have at the end of the program?
At the end of Level 1, you hold the Vira Human Training Certification and are eligible to apply for the ICF ACC credential, with real supervised Coaching sessions behind you. At the end of Level 2, you are eligible for the PCC credential and ready to work with clients professionally, in any context.
What makes the Vira Human Training Coaching School distinctive
The difference is not in slogans, but in one concrete fact: most Coaching programs give you the theory and leave you to figure out the rest. Here, every detail is covered.
- Rooted in the origins of Coaching, for nearly three decades.
Our trainers trained directly under Tim Gallwey and Sir John Whitmore, the two figures who brought professional Coaching into existence. The result is a method that combines the original foundations of Coaching with ICF international standards. - You are guided through every detail of the session.
How to listen, how to respond, how to manage what happens in the room. Practice begins from the first day of training. Nothing is left to discover on your own after graduation. - Every aspect of professional practice is covered.
Session structure, client management and documentation, delivered in English to an international group, because real professional preparation includes learning to work across contexts. - One program, two directions.
Some participants are building a Coaching career. Others are integrating Coaching into leadership, HR or their personal and professional lives. The same pathway serves both.
“They aim to provide you with concrete and advanced tools to form not just a coach, but someone who embraces coaching as a personal philosophy.”
